Sailing Oceans with our Catamaran.

We have worked hard for a lifetime.  Now, It's time to enjoy the dream of sailing the world.  As we like to hear and see the beauty that this world offers, we wanted to build a catamaran free of diesel and noise while using alternative power sources such as solar and hydro-regeneration. After a lot of searching, traveling, and research, we finally decided on the boat that would not only meet our dreams and budget; but also checked all the boxes for comfort, safety, reasonable speed, and sail-ability short-handed. Unfortunately, that build resulted in many delays and frustrations as the builder decided they did not believe in electric propulsion enough to allow an electric build on our new catamaran.

It did push us back to the drawing board.  We realized the only way to build a successful electric propulsion sailing catamaran was to choose to work with a builder who had the same belief and commitment to truly sailing and using an electric propulsion system.

This brought us to recognize there were truly very few committed electric propulsion builders. 

Follow our journey as we reveal the builder we found that not only believes in electric propulsion but only builds hybrid electric sailing catamarans. His design has been duplicated by others to a point, but he takes the commitment and the proof with many hulls on the water using his designs. Follow us as they build an efficient, fast sailing catamaran that we plan to sail across oceans and to share our commitment to eco sailing.
